I get that you’re tired of it. Thanks for what you’ve created though. You have put so much thought into the subtle things— like Rachel progressing from calling Quinn “baby” to adding “babe” and “honey” into the mix. I really have loved so much about what you’ve created- in particular as someone who has struggled with anxiety and depression since I was in my early 20s (about 8 years). Thanks for not making Rachel all better. It’s all a process.

I read this gorgeous and incredibly accurate article the other day (http://ichosenoise.tumblr.com/post/7727539371/girls-or-why-glee-sucks read it!). It managed to amplify emotions already lingering by eloquently pointing out how fucked up this world of ours is, and how far we have yet to come if we ever want to reach that utopian ideal of equality. It also made me think a lot of thoughts which snowballed into something negative. I need to process, proceed at own risk.

Here’s the thing, I get angry at Kurt and I get jealous of the media attention Klaine has garnered. But I have also realised that neither anger nor jealousy will actually change anything and it will definitely not make my love for either Santana, Brittany or Brittana any stronger. In fact it will only detract from it as every minute I spend being angry is a moment spent away from loving. However, I need to vent a little so I can let go of those negative feelings and simply focus on the gloriously positive aspects that are and will continue to change the social climate we exist in.
